Deepthi Rajeev, Founding Partner
Deepthi is a technology lawyer, with 12 years of experience across leading law firms and in-house legal leadership roles. Deepthi graduated with B.A., LL.B (Hons.) from the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore in 2014. She began her legal career at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, where she focused on financial services regulations. She later joined Trilegal’s Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) practice, advising leading tech companies on complex digital business models, data protection and regulatory compliance in emerging sectors. In 2022, Deepthi assumed the role of General Counsel at Xflow, a cross-border payments startup, where she was responsible for establishing and leading the legal and regulatory function. Deepthi is enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
Aditi Prabhu, Associate
Aditi is a first-generation lawyer and a graduate of CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore. She focuses on corporate law, data protection, and intellectual property, with internship experience spanning both law firms and in-house legal teams. During her internships, she has assisted with commercial contracts drafting, data privacy and DPDP Act advisory, regulatory compliance, FEMA, ESOP structures, corporate legal advisory, and intellectual property structuring.
